It looks like Scott Wolstein and Developers Diversified Realty’s plan to redevelop the east bank of the Flats is moving forward. The Beach Club, the last remaining nightclub of the Flat’s heyday in the late 90’s, closed last week and will soon be demolished.

So where will all the college kids go now for a drunken hook-up? Spy Bar?
